About the Misawa Dirt Riders

Misawa Dirt Riders is an "unofficial" organization dedicated to the positive promotion of off-road motorcycling for the entire family in and around Misawa Air Base, Japan. The purpose of this site is to share information to help everyone enjoy their time here at Misawa.

While the majority of the riders are into motocross, we support and promote all aspects of off-road riding with one exception: STUPID off-road riding!

Off-road motorcycling has a long history here on Misawa AB. As a matter of fact, there used to be a motocross track on base. The original motorcycle club was called the "Misawa Dusters."  It's rumored you can still see the club sign somewhere on the base. (Sounds like a good treasure hunting trip!)  If you have any info, or better yet pictures, please send them to us!
